The Affiliated Force dock levelers are designed with central support for a three-wheel forklift as well as a piano hinge type for the front and rear hinges. Made of solid tubes and bars, these dock levelers are built to last the test of time and are designed to maintain higher structural integrity, without reducing the flexural capacities, lateral.

With its fully automatic operation, it is easy to use when loading and unloading cargo. Also a cost-effective alternative to air powered and mechanical dock levelers. It requires minimal maintenance having the lowest long term costs. Its superior strength comes from the unique channels supporting the platform, yielding forces up to its capacity.

Available in both yellow and grey colours.

Complete hydraulic system are assembled and include the following:

• The main cylinder (two for capacities greater than 80k lb).
• A double-action cylinder on the tailgate (two for capacities greater than 80k lb).
• A 1 HP pump-motor unit (1.5 HP for 4-cylinder units).
• A control box ready for installation by your electrician is available for most conventional voltages.
• A safety switch in the event of a fall from the leveler (velocity fuse).
